Sample creation process
Creating a sample is a crucial step in garment manufacturing. lt serves as a tangible representation of your tech packs and technical drawings, allowing you to see how your designs will look before moving into mass production. This process helps to identify and address any potential issues, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations.
Design drawing
Please share the design draft or images you’ve prepared with us (we can sign a confidentiality agreement to protect your work). We will then discuss the details with you.
Select fabric
Selecting the right fabric is crucial in fashion garment production. Before we begin, we will source the ideal fabric and color that best meet your preferences.
Shape pattern
This is the most critical step: all garments must have digital patterns created first. The fabric is then cut and sewn according to these digital patterns.
Cutting
Then we cut the fabric based on the designed pattern.
Sewing
Our skilled tailor will sew the garment according to the style shown in the product image provided by the customer.
Inspection
Check every size measurement , every detail requested by the cusotmer.
Take photos to you
After the inspection is completed, wewill take pictures or videos to the customers.
Send out
We offer various shipping options including express, air, and sea freight.For express delivery, we use services like FEDEX, DHL, UPS, EMS, or any other preferred courier of your choice.

Preparing for bulk production
After the sample is approved, we move forward with order confirmation. This step includes finalizing the production quantity, sizes, colors, and any other specific requirements. We then create a detailed production plan and timeline, followed by signing a formal agreement with the client.
We book the fabric as the samples or what you want .We develop precise patterns and grade them for various sizes. Our team ensures that all materials adhere to the required standards and are prepared for the production process.
And then check the bulk fabric carefully , pre-shink the fabric , cutting the fabric.
Bulk production
Buk production starts with cutting the fabrics according to the graded patterns. Skilled workers then sew and assemble the garments,following the design specifications closely. This stage reguires eficient coordination to ensure a smooth workflow and to meet production deadlines.

When we finish the production of bulk production, the customer can send someone to do QC for bulk production, spot check or full check.
