How to work with us and order
1. Contact us

– If you contact by phone, skype, whatssapp, mesenger we usually reply immediately
– If you contact us not in working time or when we busy we will reply as soon as possible.
2. Talk to us about your idea or Send us your design drawings
Tell us more about the details what do you need, we will give you the best advice
Informations we need ,then we will work according to the that :
– Send us your design or the ideas of the product
– Give us the approxiamte quantity *
– Give us your address or the port’s address near your company
– Give us the deadline*or approximate time .
3. Quotation
According to all the information ,We will send you a quotation for your order, you check it.
– If you don’t accept, cancel the order, we can talk more details for explain and let you know more.
– If you accept we continue step 4
4. Make sample
Pay for making sample and shipping fee for the sample to you. The sample fee is refundable.
The sample fee is from 30-80$/ per a sample(Depends on the how the complicated process of style of the sample ). and the shipping fee from 40-80$ per a time shipping ( 3-5 pieces)
You will recieve the sample in 7 to 10 days
– If the sample is approved, you make the order. We will return the sample fee if the order more 100pcs
– If the sample is approved but you change your mind, and don’t want to order anymore. Then the sample fee will not be refunded.
–If you want change your mind and want an another sample , you need to pay for the sampel fee again .
5. Order for production
We will make a cantact or purchase order.
You will pay 30% money as deposit first. Pay 70% remainder money before ship the goods .
6. Production and report
Immediately start to making after receiving the deposit. We will produce soon. We will continually update you production schedule with images.
7. Delivery and payment
After production, we will deliver to you in the way we have agreed.
Immediately will ship out the goods after the payment , we will send air way bill or sea way bill to you .
8. Warranty:
Our products will be checked one piece by one piece to ensure no unqualified product.
If you find any, please take a photo and send to us. We will return you the money or make you a new one.
